Submit to the Zine

ACCEPTABLE MEDIA: written works (essay, poetry, etc), visual works (illustration, painting, prints, photography, documentation of 3D works, etc), audio works (music, soundscapes, etc), video works (short film, music video, etc), anything else that can be printed!

• Written Works must be submitted in PDF format. They should not exceed 350 words.
• Visual Works: images must be submitted in .jpeg or .png format. If you are submitting photographs/documentation of a 3D work, up to 3 images are allowed. If your work is a series that requires more than 3 submissions, fill out the form an additional time and make clear your submission is in 2 parts in the comments, or email ltellegen@tulane.edu
• Audio Works must be submitted in MP3 format. If there is a specific scannable code that goes along with your work (i.e. if you are submitting something that has been uploaded to Spotify), please submit that as well. If no scannable code is submitted, a QR code will be created for you. Sheet music can be submitted as a visual work.
• Video Works must be uploaded to YouTube (unlisted is fine). You may submit the work in an MP4 format, but then must additionally submit a scannable code to access the work.

• Include attribution for all referenced data, quotes, and outside content, if applicable (there is a place for this in the form)
• All submissions must be original and belong to the submitting individual(s). The creator retains all ownership and rights to their submission.
• Each submission will receive one or more 8.5” by 5.5” space. If possible, submit your work to fit these dimensions. Cropping of visual submissions may be required for certain works to fit the above specifications.
• Works can be published with credit or anonymously. If you would like your work published with credit, please include the preferred name where requested in the submission portal. Organization names and personal pseudonyms are acceptable. Submissions without a listed author will be published anonymously.
